We believe that a strong infrastructure for sports at a renowned school like Meridian School is the right step to provide an opportunity for both school children and people of the locality to learn and play their favourite sports with passion. They will be playing under the guidance of our experienced coaches who have trained thousands of students across our eight centres in Hyderabad. It is the first professional academy in the area and will create a lasting impact on the community."
Gamepoint Banjara in the Meridian School is also poised to bring a plethora of benefits to sports enthusiasts around the area, elevating accessibility, and engagement and taking participative sports to new heights.
"Meridian School is driven to give exposure to our students through different fields in life and sports plays a big role and the beginning of Gamepoint Banjara in association with Gamepoint is the right step in that direction. Through this sports centre, we aim to provide convenient access to sports for our students and people living in the area as well. We believe the transformative power of sports, both physical and mental has a long-lasting impact not only on a child’s growth but also to encourage the health and fitness quotient of the ecosystem that we live in. This initiative will enable everyone an opportunity to learn and enjoy multiple sports disciplines and it will certainly encourage people and kids to adopt a healthier lifestyle," stated Tejaswi Butta, CEO Meridian School.
The facility in the game centre will have a basketball court, five table tennis tables and two pickleball courts.
