Ms. Rajkamal Matthews
Ms.Rajkamal Matthews has served Meridian School, Banjara Hills for over one and a half decade in the capacity of Headmistress for the High School. She has more than 25 years of experience in the field of education and administration. A Post Graduate in English Literature, PGCTE from EFLU and with B.Ed in English and Special English , her authority lies in communications skills and creative expression.
Ms. Matthews is a passionate teacher of English and a compassionate administrator working with the team. Her continuous efforts in adapting to the latest teaching strategies and skills have helped teachers and learners to achieve the best results. She is known for her methodical approach, meticulous planning in providing the needed guidance and mentorship to her team.
Ms. Matthews is a strict disciplinarian who believes in self – discipline and value based approach to academics. She maintains a friendly rapport with students as well as parents and is very approachable.
Her enthusiasm in taking the academic challenges in the ever changing scenario of the department of education resulted in excellent performance at the Boards year after year. Under her able guidance and keen involvement, Meridian has presented numerous Annual days and Sports days down the years with huge success. Her contribution to the growth of the school is highly commendable and she is a valuable asset to the Meridian family.
